The Bausele Classic Field Series is a tribute to a time when watches were more than mere time-telling devices. Drawing deep inspiration from the 1940s, this collection harkens back to an era when a watch was a cherished possession, meant to be handed down through generations.

During this pivotal decade, military watches were crafted with particular attention to detail and function. Their matte metal casing was designed to avoid any undesirable light reflection, ensuring that the wearer remained inconspicuous during crucial moments. The dark dial, with its luminous hands and easily readable numbers, was not only a nod to elegance but also a testament to functionality, allowing for quick time checks even in the most challenging light conditions.

But it wasn’t just about the appearance. At the core of these watches was a movement that was simple in design yet unmatched in accuracy and durability. Every tick was a reminder of the watch’s unwavering reliability, even in the most demanding situations.

The Bausele Classic Field Series embraces these design principles and blends them with modern craftsmanship. It’s a watch that resonates with history while fitting seamlessly into today’s world, making it a perfect choice for those who appreciate the blend of tradition and innovation.

  • Case & Crystal: The 38mm surgical-grade stainless steel case features a non-reflective, sandblasted finish with an 11.95mm thickness and a 45mm lug-to-lug distance. It is fitted with a domed sapphire crystal treated with five layers of anti-reflective coating.
  • Dial: A beige "sandwich" dial with "Old Radium" Super-LumiNova on the numerals and hands for excellent legibility in the dark. It includes a 24-hour track and retains a stark, military aesthetic.
  • Movement: Powered by the Japanese-made Seiko NH38 caliber. This automatic movement features hacking and hand-winding, a no-date complication, and a 41-hour power reserve.
  • Water Resistance: 100 meters (10 ATM), supported by a screw-down crown.
  • Straps: Typically ships with two comfortable and rugged strap options, such as an elastic parachute-style NATO strap and a recycled material two-piece strap.
